Creating a website with Adobe?

I just got the Adobe Web Design software with Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash, etc. and I want to know the best way to create a website with all of this software is. I have problems getting a flash nav bar to work right so I could really use a good tutorial to learn how to mak e a vary andvanced and clean website!
