Wacom Graphics Pad And Pen

Which one of these is better?

I need a drawing pad and from what i gather, its better to use a drawing tablet with the pen rather than a mouse so i want to know which one of these two products to buy,
1. Wacom Graphire4 4×5 USB Tablet (Silver)
2.Nisis G5 USB Graphics Tablet Cordless Pen & Mouse
Both come with the pen and mouse. I have no knowledge about them so telling me how they work will be good.
i also want to know if i draw something, what format will it be saved and does it have a different software on which it runs or does it run in photoshop and corel.

I bought one once apon a time.
it sucked, but it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to pads.

be sure you can return it, in case it doesn’t work as expected as in my case.

I had to lift the pen at least 5 inches from the tablet for it to stop following my movements, ya know what I mean? hard to explain. I ended up returning it.

pads will work with photoshop and/or corel
I love how photoshop’s brushes work with pads, geeksquad below describes it in more deatil.

it will be saved in any format you specify as with any picture.
pen, pad, mouse, keyboard, doesn’t matter and won’t effect your format.
