On board graphics PLUS add-on graphics?

Is it possible to use the two outputs on this addon graphics card ( http://www.bestbuy.com/site/EVGA+-+GeForce+8400+GS+512MB+DDR2+PCI+Graphics+Card/9638441.p?skuId=9638441&productCategoryId=pcmcat182300050009&id=1218135448563 ) for two monitors, then use the onboard graphics on my MSI motherboard for a third without doing anything particularly intesive, like with SLI. Or will the addon simply overpower the on board?

What is your mother board? Check the user manual to see if the on-board card can interface with the one you have using SLi or if you use as main the EVGA the on-board is disabled.

As far as I know the ATi’s on-board graphics card can support Hybrid CrossFireX which mean you can use the onboard card with one you like.
