Graphics Engine

Is there an easy video game engine? My teen daughter wants to add her own graphics to a template…make sense?

She’s excellent with photoshop, loves digital art, loves to build worlds and characters and just wants a way to make them move through a 3D world. Is there any software out that that can help her, without her needing to learn a lot of code? Thanks!

She could try Game Maker, i used it briefly a few years ago. It has a drag-n-drop coding interface which is quite easy to learn.
